Royale Noir Theme changes to Windows XP theme to one that uses dark greys and blacks to create a more sophisticated appearance. It is very similar to the black theme used in Beta 5112 for Vista without the transparency that the Vista version has. Royale Noir Theme is not complete and so is not suitable for general consumers.
